The support team is very quick to give feedback and help with any technical issues that may arise. They are also working on ways to innovate the hiring process and take feedback from users well.

And a downside of the API integration is that resumes get uploaded to the website files and then sent to Workable, so it leaves a lot of crumbs behind.

Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence,  no more after more usage.

The lack of boolean searching within the candidate database is very frustrating.

This system has really been great for us. It is easy to create jobs, post, and make notes throughout the process.

The tone was downright rude. Because we don't need anything too complicated, we decided to move to another ATS with a slightly lower cost.

Software and features are very intuitive. If you run into an issue their support is top notch and they have great guides.

They were absolutely rude, I wanted to post a job and my posting was immediately rejected, they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to assist me.

Overall Workable has been a huge time saver. It is really amazing to only need to post one job description and have it posted to multiple job sites simultaneously.

This tool saves so much time that it is worth it despite the high cost. You can set up a job opening very quickly with a simple wizard.

Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.

Forms can be customized to our needs and even the creation of new forms is very easy and has helped our HR department save time /emails and paper work.

Before we get zoho people at least form request for vacations was a really pain, so with this tool is very easy to do this.

I appreciate very much the flexibility of the platform, it is very customisable and supports particularities for various types of companies.

I do get notifications once my request is approved by my manager. I have access to all my company process, news, updates and policy on a single interface through this software.

The best advantage of the software is we can customize the form and mail alerts the way we want it.

I like that my coworkers can be contacted via this platform through many different methods, but the chat is the best.

It's like having my own personal HR administrator on my laptop. Easy to use, to find documents or information that I need and to record information.
