People will graded you low just because they have an issue with you and not because of what the questions are asking. The submit button doesn't always work.

Writing straight forward feedback to my colleagues and also receiving it, its priceless. Questions asked make it very easy to think and give feedback on that specific area.

Workstory is VERY easy to use. Its ability to integrate with Slack makes it even more useful and accessible for our team.

It can be hard to manage cadence and quantity of reviews.

When in the web application, missed reviews could just show at the top of the screen one at a time without having to open a different page.

Also there is a ton of data. Sometimes it can be difficult to keep track of all of the feedback.

There are a lot of feedback programs out there but they take a lot of work and can be very distracting. I like how WorkStory integrates easily into Slack.

Also the system works/requires ratings. This can be both good and bad.

This helps as I am typically only on Slack for work and thus can simultaneously submit my daily or weekly WorkStory. The parameters are also extremely clear and easy to use.

The most likable piece of WorkStory is how it's goal is to allow employees the ability to grow and improve their skills much sooner than a yearly or bi-annual review.

I'm on a small (8 perrson) team and I have found anonymity to be very difficult if not impossible with reviews.

It was beautiful and seamless and I really was impressed with the quality of the product.

Everything I need to relate payroll, time off, insurance, is in the same application and its ease of use and navigation is outstanding.

I was very impressed with the ease in which I can split up my paycheck and adjust where the money is going.

The price of having such direct control over payroll is that any mistakes I make are on me.

There are many more affordable solutions with better interface and customer service.

This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.

I love the timeliness of the emails on payday, and I love the ease of use when acquiring paystubs. Plus, the animations are fun.

They learn how to integrate, set a time table to make it happen and keep you posted on the progress along the way. The reporting in Rippling is amazing.

Rippling makes receiving your paycheck a little more exciting. The pictures/gifs are so fun and esthetically pleasing.

Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.

This combines almost every component related to HR into one system and is amazing for the price, has a bunch of integrations as well.

Rippling integration was super easy, and is so user friendly that no one has asked for help using the software.
