  • Pros

  • The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.
  • On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.
  • Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

  • CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.
  • This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.
  • Cons

  • After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.
  • What I dislike about this software is that when their is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.
