Speed of being able to spin up new sites is fantastic - if you're not looking to customise much it's quite simple to get a professional looking site up quickly.

Truth be told: I do hate it's chat mechanism. All the users, the team and I just can't get it, so we communicate via email.

There are too many widgets and options to configure. Lack of templates slows the configuration process down.

Our biggest struggle right now is using one Canny instance for different products and services we have.

Canny makes it super easy to track the most requested features from our customers and keep track of them, as well as publish status updates to the people who are interested.

Canny is the best product - we reviewed them all and are delighted that we selected Canny.

I enjoy the minimal branding and easy integration with our application. We didn't have to build the entire system ourselves and the Intercom integration is great as well.
