Overall this is a great product for anyone whom is looking for a easy to use team collaboration software that is very user friendly.

So, far my overall experience is that I like the app and look forward to more implementation on future projects and taking advantage of some of the tech support offered from your team.

Integration with Salesforce. Ability to share diagrams.

I enjoy how user friendly it is and the solid templates. That said, more templates.

I did not find anything that stood out as being hard to use with this software.

The multitude of integrations is also a great help.

What I like most about Lucidspark is the greater team collaboration it provides.

Upon first glance, I thought it would be difficult to use.

This software is amazing for aggregating information and ideas and cataloging them in a meaningful way. I love how you can connect similar ideas and information to see connections and relationships.

The only issue I found was no in regards to the software. More to do with the password reset option.

Clean and simple User interface, great tool for collaboration or just personal brainstorming. Very helpful as the team is all remote now and they need to see things.

I'm pretty happy with Lucidspark. It helps me visualize my projects, process flows and data sets well and efficiently.

I tested  various products when we were looking to standardize the tool across our organization. LucidSpark had the features we needed at a good price point.

The infinite canvases are great and being able to live present/annonate amongst the team is so useful.

There is no better way to demonstrate how you can bring value to the most important stakeholders for your business- your amazing customers.

Additionally I was not able to find any option within the tool that I could use to test the tool with a small crew or an option to use it with my whole team although with limited functionality.

Our collegiate team was placed in quarantine mid-season, and we used this software to help run tactics sessions with our players through Zoom.

Making it super easy and entertaining rather than the typical 5-point Likert scale surveys that no one in their right mind would do accurately.

The most important aspect of Upsiide is its accessibility and usability. The platform has a simple interface that anyone can pick up and use.

Super fun and intuitive for customers to use, which resulted in a high completion rate, and very useful data.

Love how intuitive this is for the respondent. Easy to use as well as quick turn around.

Turf tool to complicated to use so avoid using it.

When we first started using Upsiide we had a ton of support ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] was amazing). The platform is easy to use and effective.

Good targeting and inexpensive. Able to find a critical mass of targets easily.

We were setting an optimal portfolio and we researched innovation concepts. Both gave a good and insightful results.

User-centric so we get better data to help make important business decisions. Competitively priced and can be scaled up or down in complexity based on needs.

The IR was lower than anticipated and our survey fielding was halted. We were told that the recruitment wasn't feasible which put us in a very difficult position.

The overall product has improved over time...much better than when it was first launched. They have obviously listened to customer feedback and have evolved.

We had some serious trouble on a project where we leveraged Upsiides panel.

Lack of possibility to reuse the already used data - e.g. kick off research with same benchmark but new innovations costs the same as a new research. Does not work great on mobile.

Very user-centric; ensures reliable data through engaging participants like human beings.

Easy to use, very efficient in completing required sample, useful and insightful analysis readily available in the platform.
