I love that it's so easy to change appearance or add icons right from the same menu. The themes make it so easy to delineate clear patterns and level distinctions.

Mind vector is very user friendly application. Customer Support team is very useful and supportive.

The fact I can type, paste, copy and bring more brainstorm ideas help me to bring my team together and engage with the projects we have.

Doesnt do very well with personalization, you can't choose the colors of your bubbles. That's my only complaint aside from potentially being able to add comments to another map as a different user.

UserVoice is very responsible and their product has an excellent User Experience team that ensures features are always easy to use.

UserVoice is great for logging our customer support inquiries. Searching for tickets is easy and their support team is excellent if you have any questions or problems.

Super easy to integrate support ticket system in any web app.

We were disappointed with the Salesforce integration because it doesn't include the Satisfaction scores and it also is not customizable.

Uservoice is well built, reliable and reasonably priced.

There customer support is superb. They always answer questions that we have very quickly and provide complete and thorough answers.

Sometimes it's hard to navigate in so many coloured numbers on the screen.

Sometimes logs me into to the master account instead of my account so I miss when i have tickets.

At Exec we used UserVoice exclusively to manage all of our internal operations and support. We found it super easy to setup and use (no training required for our staff) and was reasonably priced.

Once you start getting the feedback you need it'll be critical that you take action over it.

As long as you are demanding heavy integrations with other programs (SFDC, JIRA...) then this is an excellent product.
