The customer service was excellent. However sadly I couldn't proceed with a purchase because I only use Mac computers in my business.

The paid software sucks. This software crashes my computer when I open it.

I love that it had all of the various countries pre-installed but that you could also adjust them in time as specifications change.

The quality they provide is awesome. They have correct info about most of the countries passport pic dimensions.

To find the problem they want me to install a program to copy my computer information. My computer has sensitive government information.

False sales & advertising. If it was sold as a subscription service originally I understand but to force it when you purchased and invested time in learning it is terrible.

We used this for our staff ID's. Each staff member were also able to get copies and we were able to print in house and saved money.

It took me no time at all to figure out how to use this software, very user friendly.

Wow, that fact that we were able to use this product by just using the phone or laptop and a printer made this project much more quicker and easier.

Especially when you want passport size photograph and you have none. It makes your casual picture into a passport size photograph with easy to use editing features.

I have complained several times and the support people always denied this accusation claiming that there is something conflicting on my computer.

I did not pay $40 for a trial. I do not wish to update the software.

It was fun and efficient to get all my photo documentation done.
