FreshStatus is the middle of the road and is a great solution if you are already using other FreshWorks products.

This helps to eliminate a number of accounts as we can use FreshPing to monitor, and FreshStatus to report which is great as we are already using their CRM.

So far, it is an easy setup enough to show management to get approval. That's about the extent of what I can truthfully comment on.

The ease of use and ability to self implement the software at our own pace.

This is a solid status page--it's simple to use, but robust. Aesthetically, it does a great job of representing information in a clean and friendly manner.

This software was easy to use and is part of the same software family our helpdesk currently uses.

We also occasionally get errors on the site that require us to start an incident or maintenance event over.

Its Easy to use, integrates flawless into the other systems.

I love that you can get started with this software for free. Combined with Freshdesk for free it gives you everything you need to get support channels up and running for little of no cost.

Freshstatus is really simple to use and have a great user experience for creating incidents.

It's easy to use,  management of incidents and maintenance is well thought out.

Additionally, Pricing beyond the 250 base subscribers, or any other additional features, is buried and tough to find.

The General ease of use and its various integrations with multiple other platforms.

There's no way to schedule repeating maintenance. We've got standard downtime every Friday that has to be entered into Freshstatus as a separate scheduled maintenance event for each one.

Also the status page is good and the ability for customers to subscribe.

I've recently investigated almost every product on the market and in my personal opinion is that Freshstatus is one of the best solutions on the market.

I love that it's very easy to choose the different products that are being updated or have an issue at the moment. You can easily notify subscribers about status changes.

Lack of SSL fronting for your domains made adoption hard.

MIssing notification options,  web notifications and webhooks is a must.

The main benefit we see from FreshStatus so far is that its integrated into the FreshWorks Suite.

Customisation is limited, no multiple languages.

At the moment the system is very much a stand alone tool, needs tighter integration with Freshservice.

Freshstatus has lots of features, such as canned responses and the ability to integrate with other systems.

Integration with both change management and incident management would be great. The ability to remember status of service collections i.e. collapsed or open would be good.

Our organisation was looking to initiate the transition of our system from the paper based collection of data to a digital solution.

I've been using Gensuite for 3 years now, and it's a great product for conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. The ACE tool is easy to use as well.

Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.

We designed a fix to ensure the data matches, but it does not, yet we are still being charged. There is no communication or feeling of urgency or follow-up.

Lastly, we really like how most of the applications are integrated with others, for example; when you conduct an audit, you simply export those items to the action tracking app for tracking purposes.

The customisation of the subcontractor management module, was a key deliverable for us and Gensuite did not disappoint.

This team has been amazing in processing requests and providing guidance when a new feature is needed or a current feature needs to be altered.

EHS Software with Good Functionality for daily Use.

Training Tracker, difficult to set up. Difficult to start using and manage.

It also provides a cost effective step into the digital system space without investing in elements that the business is not yet ready for.

If your business is structured exactly like GE, Gensuite will work great for you. It does basic incident reporting well, and does a good job of managing action items.

For large data sets, the report pulls are very limited in some cases. For example: pulling all observations globally for a monthly period can be time consuming.

There are several pain points that are not solved, or not solved in a timely manner. Our users are quite frustrated at times and we have no answers for them as to why they cannot run reports.

The pool resources and find a way. They always meet deadlines early and with little to no rework.

Very nice/good tracking tool, Highly integrated with operational process. Real Differentiatior with  key Indicators...like to the remainders which is good option.

So easy way for them to feedback and speak up that keep great Safty Engagement. Safety Matter Because You Matter.

The best thing about Gensuite is that it is user-friendly for our team, encouraging accurate reporting and data from our front line users through intuitive interfaces.

I like that I can create custom dashboards for our various teams. I like how easy it is to communicate with the different Benchmark teams (sales, implementation projects, customer support teams).
