Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The graphs and data I can pull from it are helpful and easy to get. Notifications to managers make follow-up easier to do in a timely manner.
  • Ease of use, internet based, ability to modify to meet the needs of the company.
  • Cons

  • Don't like that the clinic/Facility I am sending the incident to does not automatically populate the person I am sending it to. I have to manually search for the person and assign them a ticket.
  • There is no way to archive old reports when a new year begins.

  • The layout and accessibility is superb. Nice flow to the pages, very logically created software.
  • What I like the most about Workday Recruiting is how nicely it's sometimes integrated into the careers page of most hospitals.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes when I am reporting my hours, the end date will disappear randomly. This isn't a huge problem but a mild annoyance.
  • If for some reason I forgot my login credentials, I had to move through my company's HR which was actually a pain instead of just resetting from the workday website.
