There are still a few of the forms that have not been mapped properly. It is hard to know where the information will be mapped.

It’s cloud based and I can access it on any device.the customer service is great. They are super fast at responding and if they don't think they can resolve it via email, they call you that day.

I was frustrated at first because I tried to wing it.

NowCerts has allowed us to move away from expensive and clunky QQ Catalyst. They have a nice support team that will walk you through any questions and are very patient.

They were awesome during my data conversion and helped me clean up my messy database coming originally from Instar to AMS360 to Nowcerts. Pricing is SUPER reasonable, the integrations are awesome.

The least like thing about VCA is having to learn the program. But I guess that's the problem with any program so overall I cannot complain.

Having been in the insurance industry for 23 years, during a period of technological change, I have been exposed to many different electronic file management systems.

Many insurers are choosing to go paperless and VCA is an excellent tool for this. The customer support is friendly and helpful and always just a click away.

Allow user of the portal more storage to upload documents. Expanded area for questions and drop downs which can be added for the end user filling out the claim on the portal.

It has been specifically designed for the insurance industry, and as time goes on, new features are added. It is safe, secure and easy to use.

We have never experienced major downtime, only a couple of minor interruptions, over the past 6 years - which is FANTASTIC in my book.
