Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ability to find out where product is held in our warehouse, the age of the product, the sku details. I liked the ability to allow only some functions to some staff and full functions to others.
- Our best benefit was to use less paper and have a huge improvement with our follow-up.
- We have experienced great benefit from this software and great customer service.
Cons
- The one major downside to the software is the lack of user customization. Users can not create their own reports or change the layout of views.
- The terminology was difficult to adapt to initially. The menu driven functionality was also difficult to understand at first.
- Poor UI and then less user-friendly. It's a bit hard for new user to be onboard with the solution because the tool is not that intuitive.
Pros
- Your team's commitment to providing the tools and support necessary for our successful implementation, Mie Trak has an excellent support team in place.
- I looked at a fair few ERP's before settling on MIE Trak, and what impressed me the most was just how little tweaking it required to be suitable for my business.
- This software is very reliable and capable of generating many reports to help us with daily tasks and decisions. Most importantly the support we receive from the team at MIE is excellent.
Cons
- We have such specific needs that some of this program does not work well for us.
- Had trouble getting the shipping scanners to communicate with the software.
- They have gotten real busy and i think customer service has suffered recently.
