Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Work well. Always available and stable. Quick response to my email when support is needed or when I have question.

  • the system works smoothly to get our customer orders entered into clear spider and into our inventory system as well

  • Cons

  • As long as I've used clear spider software I still have yet to find a down side to it, enjoy.

  • A bit too much information which not all customers might use, and unable to move around/remove some bits of the information.

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, setup myself (with a little help for a bookkeeper), support has always been superb.

  • Great tool for keeping organized and simple to use.

  • Cons

  • I like this software from xero but lately the customer service has been noticed down and in some of the plans the cost is too high for some companies peueñas.

  • It has quite a few limitations compared to the enterprise cousins, but at the price it is a no-brainer.
