I can't think of anything we don't like. Any challenges we have had the team has managed to overcome.

The product is user friendly, so it's easy to use. I like that the customer can complete the waiver at their convenience at home and have it ready before they come in.

We also like the user interface as it's very simple for the customer and we also like the reporting functionality to give us a snapshot of the data that is collected.

The product is easy to use and has made our check-in process more streamlined and efficient. The staff have been excellent to deal with and always friendly and helpful.

The UI is nice and clean and gets the job done. Highly recommended for what we need accomplished out of the program.

The email you are sending has been finding its way into some spam folders, not sure how if that can be fixed.

This app is great to streamline the process of checking people in. We eliminated the paper process because of this.

You have to escape and re-enter to have their waiver available. Also, if a customer doesn't receive the email with the waiver there is no way to send a new one.

Wherewolf is no good period, I would highly recommend smartwaiver over wherewolf if you are a fareharbor customer.

User Friendly Product with Good Customer Support.

We really like the integration with our booking system as it makes it very seamless with the customer's booking flow.

The software is simple to navigate and very customer friendly.

This is fantastic software that is easily modifiable and allows us to check our guests in and have them sign waivers without any difficulty.

You will regret it and end up switching to smartwaiver like I am about to and will be stuck with all kinds of headaches before doing so.

This happened when I put in the wrong email. I corrected the email but I couldn't get a waiver sent to the new email.

The customer service has been amazing and every time I have a question or need help, there is either a video or the service has been prompt and educational.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

Ease of use and great functionality - very easy to export desired reports.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
