Zoho Inventory is a cloud-based inventory management solution designed for small to midsize businesses. It features inventory management modules including reporting and analysis, vendor managed inventory and lot traceability. It features mobile compatible apps for Android and iOS devices.

Zoho features built-in shipment estimating, tracking and delivery confirmation features that allow users to invoice, ship and track products. The solution allows users to create purchase orders, backorders and drop shipments. Users can track every item in the inventory with serial number and batch tracking feature.

Zoho Inventory integrates with multiple e­-commerce sites such as eBay, Etsy and Amazon. It is priced at a monthly subscription based on the numbers of orders processed per month.

As a Zoho product, the solution is integrated within the Zoho Finance Suite. As such, it features integration with books, Zoho’s accounting and bookkeeping solution. Pricing is based on a monthly subscription basis.

Pros

Integrates with Zoho CRM to save time on manually entering information into invoices. Product building is a breeze and it seems to track inventory QUANTITIES accurately. Clean templates and tons of room to customize everything.

Cons

Uses a "physical" and "accounting" inventory valuation system, which is confusing to look at. Was recently updated and working better.

Overall, I would say it's more useful for tracking sales and storing customer information than actual, in-depth inventory management.

Pros

Zoho is a great tool for tracking sales orders, SKUs, and shipments, and storing customer information. You can attach files to each order, which can be very useful when there is additional relevant documentation that needs to be referenced. Visually, it's appealing and allows for photos of each product, so you can tell exactly what products are involved at a glance.

Cons

There is no app that I'm aware of, which would be handy for a salesperson who's on the road. It also lacks features for more in-depth inventory management: it allows the user to track the number of items under each SKU, but lacks the ability to add serial numbers of each individual item along with details for each individual item.

Pros

Simple, and straight forward to set up and use. I think it's mainly geared to smaller businesses with simple inventory management requirements. 24 hour support from Monday to Friday.

Cons

Could do with more advanced features for other requirements such as 3rd Party Logistics rather than retailers.

Overall it is a great software that will help you to grow your business and have control of it in a very easy way. From the beginning it is easy to setup and configure all the needed settings.

Pros

User Friendly, Quick Access, Many Features Available, Language Options, Currency Options and very easy to integrate.

Cons

Some translations not that good, Email support not that fast. There are other options that should be available, especially for other countries than US.

Customer support is lacking, a lot of web help from other users, google it, you'll find the answer if tech support fails.

Pros

I love how it integrates into the rest of the ZOHO Platform. Using ZOHO/ONE is a low cost way to get all of the features of ZOHO.

Cons

I don't use Inventory for the webstore features, which could possibly be the best use of it, however I just wish the serial number features could track for rental purposes of the items.

The software is currently unusable for most businesses.

Pros

Easy to use and setup and integrates with Zoho CRM. Zoho inventory also allows you to package your order and print a label that says whats in the package, but you cannot ship those packages properly. See cons.

Cons

They have API connectors for UPS & FedEx. However, the system does not package properly and does not allow multiple packages with the carriers that integrate with the system. Example: If one order had 10 packages, you would need to fulfill 10 packages separately with its own packing slip and tracking number. Your customer would receive the order as if they had 10 different orders.

Easily manage our store inventory for furniture, millwork and accessories between team members for global programs.

Pros

Zoho Inventory works well for tracking orders, and monitoring your inventory stock. It is a plus that it offers connections to services such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

Cons

Not all of the available connectors work to sync both ways, and sometimes that additional cost to connect your store with the inventory system is a hassle.

Invoice service and customer relations management. The web based nature of the software enable me and my multi-location crew to all work together and stay efficient.

Pros

Web based, easy and intuitive interface. Multiple services on a single platform. Very reasonably priced. Great for small business.

Cons

Doesn't have all of the features that I would need. But, that is the tradeoff with the easy/intuitive nature of the software... For what it is I have no real cons.

I can update my inventory in all of my marketplaces easily.

Pros

I like that I can update all of my inventory in marketplaces all at once as I have several shops. Updating products is fairly straight forward.

Cons

I dislike that the order screen has to be used. I don't use invoices, and I prefer to use ShipStation for my shipping as it utilizes barcodes or order tracking which is so much faster, so I don't really need anything with the order screen. I wish it just updated my inventory as sold and had the option to not even have the orders area. I'm afraid that marketplaces will be notified when I don't want them to, as they are already being notified by my other services. I'm still really trying it out, but so far it's not exactly what I need.

Cons

Invoicing format can improve. The invoice doesn't show total quantity in the end. Also, we work with distribution model. I would like to add distributor margins separately on the invoice. I didn't find that feature.

Tightly integrated with Zoho Books and other Zoho tools for automation and data sharing. Ease of use. Good mobile app. Very good integration with shipping vendors.

Cons

1. No Categorisation of items like Categoey: Lamp. Subcategory : Projector Lamp, Car Headlight Lamp, Projector Lamp Subcategory : Short Throw, Long Throw... and so on.

This tool allows me to record my sales, purchases and other expenses. Send quotes and invoices to clients from within the tool, as well as store contact details for my client and suppliers list.

Cons

When doing the composite items, the tax for individual items aren't added to the total cost, so you have to manually adjust the total cost.

It helped managed my Inventory that contained a lot of different items that I thought is impossible to properly account for.

Pros

I like that it has a free plan and the other plans are quite affordable. It is easy to learn and use. It has a lot of customization including the Roles access limitations.

Cons

It lacks some feature like stock taking and reconciliation module but I can do away with it for now.

Currently none because of frustration with setting everything up and some roadblocks I have run into. I really want to get this up and running so I can implement throughout my organization but the current challenges are driving me nutz.

Pros

Very complete! I like the overall feel and UI for this software. I like how it was thought about and implemented. I like that it offers many integrations and generally can do nearly everything I need it to do. I like how it is like lego's, I can select one module and then when ready set up another Zoho module and they will work together. Over all I like the product.

Cons

Set up documentation could use some work. Getting stuck when so close to complete caused me to stop using it due to frustration. When returning, my trial was over before I completed the setup. I am not going to purchase until I know it will work and meet my needs. So now I am stuck using the free version when I want more. Meaningful documentation and/or help and I would already be a customer using the software. Instead I am aggravated and frustrated figuring out what my next step is. Use Zoho or look elsewhere.
