  • PetLinx is really easy to use. What I like most about this software is the fast variety of jobs I can do with it.
  • Reporting is good, able to keep track of who owes money.
  • Cons

  • It can be hard to train new staff with this software.
  • Can't change invoices if you mess up on it at all.

  • I love the ease of use and how multiple people can access different aspects. If I have ever had an issue, their customer service was extremely quick to answer and fix the issue.
  • I love the ease of the software. I especially love the software sends daily emails of schedule.
  • Cons

  • I would like to see more integrations with invoicing apps and payment processors. At the moment, options are limited and restrict the functionality on offer.
  • Imagine your surprise when a client sends you a note on the lack of performance or how anything negative about your subcontractor/employee and that said person was able to read the entire thread.
