Pros/Cons
Pros
- The cumulative report is excellent helps doctors to follow patient progress easily. Also helps to determine if current results jive with previous results.
- I have had excellent conversations with rep. She is helping me with the program and has assured me that she and others will help me all the way through this process.
- Clients are very happy with our report formats and are attracting more accounts.
Cons
- The gaps in between some panels, no continuity. A lot of added features that's needed is costly.
- Some of the management report names are confusing as far as what the report will actually be.
- We did get trained and went over all the steps on how to operate the program, but when it came time to run live samples, we encountered different problems than what we saw in the "practice" run.
Pros
- For effective LIS software, the most important thing is to have a clean user interface that is simple and intuitive to navigate and LigoLab is excellent in that regard.
- They can stay on track of tickets, typically have a great response and turnaround time, and are incredibly nice while maintaining great professionalism.
- Outstanding Anatomic Pathology Solution with Great Flexibility.
Cons
- Sometimes setting up or training on a new type of test can be hard because there are so many ways to do one thing that it can get confusing.
- At times there would be a certain lack of responsiveness to requested implementation.
- With our current install - the CPT codes are not part of our database. This makes it difficult to correlate with our billing company's software.
