Pros
- Easy to use, prefilled forms, great customer service, affordable, has pretty much all the features we use on a daily basis.
- Great user friendly software for multiple locations.
Cons
- As a funeral home that has two locations, we have two separate client numbering systems, but one Halcyon platform.
- Death certificate total no longer exists when one key in a number selected. We want that feature back.
Pros
- All your cases and documents are on hand at all times. The new email and text messaging integration are great tools to keep all communication in one place.
- The client portal is great for sharing documents and more secure than email. I have not utilized it as much as I could for workflows/deadlines, but we are constantly improving on that.
Cons
- It controls fonts and layouts and is just bad. I use it to merge and then use Word to fix it up.
- The recent integration with Dropbox is confusing as well but I suppose that may be my lack of familiarity with how it functions.
