  • Pros

  • Great ability to deliver bespoke courses to customers and internal staff. Easy to use and deliver amazing interactive learning experiences.
  • We've had great customer service and always get immediate responses to questions and issues. The technical experts are true experts and have been able to help explain and resolve our issues.
  • I especially appreciate how supportive our CSM is to our team. Very responsive when we have questions.
  • Cons

  • Only downside for our institution was the inability to "hide" completed courses from the My Courses list.
  • My biggest disappointment was that that the multi-tenancy or segregating by departments did not function as we expected causing us to have to adjust our offering and prices for clients.
  • Also, dashboards of repotting have various column options that make it difficult to see information in one place.

  • The SAML SSO integration was fairly easy and support was very attentive. Our Customer Success Specialist has been very helpful and provided a great plan for us to get started.
  • I then came across LearnUpon and was blown away with its ease of use, great features, great personal service, and extremely competitive pricing.
  • The customer service is what is really a great sell for Learn upon. Regardless of the question the team is always so happy help and to send over any training material we need.

  • Ultimately, this inst that bad of a trade-off for the customer support and constant functionality updates to the program.
  • I think at times it can be confusing to navigate through the courses/learning path.
  • Having trialled numerous LMS systems, I was beginning to feel that we would have to take the plunge and build an extremely costly personalised system.
