Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great ability to deliver bespoke courses to customers and internal staff. Easy to use and deliver amazing interactive learning experiences.
- We've had great customer service and always get immediate responses to questions and issues. The technical experts are true experts and have been able to help explain and resolve our issues.
- I especially appreciate how supportive our CSM is to our team. Very responsive when we have questions.
Cons
- Only downside for our institution was the inability to "hide" completed courses from the My Courses list.
- My biggest disappointment was that that the multi-tenancy or segregating by departments did not function as we expected causing us to have to adjust our offering and prices for clients.
- Also, dashboards of repotting have various column options that make it difficult to see information in one place.
Pros
- I like the ease of making training videos and attaching using LOOM. The reporting side is nice to see my teams progress and having accountability with the sign feature.
- Trainual has been great for getting us organized and having all our policies in one location. Assigning subjects and ease of use for employees has been really helpful.
- It is super organized and easy to keep track of everything. When I started my role, it was so nice to have a Trainual to learn more about the company I work for.
Cons
- I don't know of any features that are not working well.
- The search feature can be hard to use, sometimes it shows options that are really broad or shows no options.
- For me, it is a bit difficult to use (just that I'm not an IT specialist and not a native English speaker).
