Many on my team were forced to come into the office to complete mandatory courses as many glitches prevented them from completing at home. Often couldn't fix issues in office.

They hide this under system requirements and then blame the customer when the program fails to record their progress.

The videos can be a bit dull and monotone in nature. This is the nature of the beast as the topics are usually dull anyway.

Easy to find and assign trainings. Quality of trainings are great and easy for all levels of staff.

Its a little difficult to upload a document and just have it sent to the supervisor for verification.

What I like most about Relias are the many options for training. They are quality trainings and easy to assign and follow up with.

Some courses are set up to where the user must listen to the audio for every slide before one can go to the next slide and this can get very annoying and feels unnecessarily time confusing.

Relias is a vast improvement over our last training software and it allows us to meet requirements as an FQHC.

Relias is a very user friendly platform for staff training; allows for compliance tracking; and course completion. Training can be tailored to fit needs of staff.
