The video recording/editing directly in the suite, the quizzes are great and that they interface with the Canvas grade book make it awesome.

Both the general customer service and the technical service have been outstanding both in how quickly they respond and to the level of personal and technical competency.

If you do not repurchase this software yearly via their maintenance program, you get no support. No chat, no email, no online knowledgebase.

Software is great, but I'm really here to say that the iSpring team are FAST, accurate, knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with.

There was raw score and pass/fail, but no question-level analytics.

My only complaint is the lack of having labs for certain aspects of courses, as you cannot understand the course without the ability to apply it.

I love how easy it is to use skillsoft for training. The videos are easy to follow along and all materials needed are uploaded with the video.

I found those courses to be clumsy to use and boring to learn from.

It has an easy to follow catalog. It has a learning path, so if you're looking for a large topic to learn, the path is quite useful.

I like the variety of both the topics available on the platform as well as the variability of formats that you can use to learn (video, eBook, Audio Book, etc.).

The basic setup of any course was overly complex, taking more steps than was truly required. The reporting was extremely weak.

Skillsoft is very useful in providing the various training programmes especially on ethical values, professional requirements etc.

The app  doesn't seem to sync history with the web version. There's also no sign of the transcript section in the app which shows you all the courses you did before.
