Still missing a few features our company is needing, but they are working to enhance features.

Ease of implementation,  ease of training for team,  feature rich.

I am excited to see its improvement over the next few years, and I am happy to be a part of that journey.

Think PyCharm or R Studio in Defi. I also think the design and layout is a bit old and ugly (sorry for the harsh term).

The inability to resize boxes and the scroll bars stink. Also the inability to delete old items.

The stability of our QA environment has caused some delays with configuration changes and new aggregator rollouts due to our inability to test.

Sometimes hard to track root problems. Can be complex to setup.

And Customer support representative  is great to work with. She helped with all our difficult questions and after launch she continues to provide us with tips to help improve our efficiency.

I love the configurability. If you have imagination and a little tech skills, you can accomplish a lot and build custom features.

Ease of use, customization and great UI and ease of use.

I really enjoy the people I work with at Defi. And there is a good amount of vendor integrations already and the list is growing each day.

I like the flexibility in the systems that we are currently using. There is plenty of room for customization and it gives you the ability to make the system you are using, yours.

The overall experience with defi Solutions has been excellent. The people and partners are the greatest asset of the company.

The platform is adaptable to our needs. Client support is good but would like to see some stability in terms of our customer support manager.

The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate which has been a pet peeve of mine in past sites we've used. The presentation is professional and I hope its around to stay.

The team at Uberwriter are extremely responsive and great to work with. They  keep up with the guideline changes made by all of the agencies and update the income calculator  quickly.

Formating used for reports are very intuitive to go read and go over even for relatively inexperienced officers. The solvency calculator feature is a great plus.

The ease of calculating income is awesome, and really helps in your loan calculations.

It's easy to use and most importantly if you look at what it does, you can learn how it calculates income so you can speak to it better.

Also, UberWriter provides the perfect income calculation hence we need to do any second thought which is a best part of UberWriter.

Several times I've had a borrower who left a company and then came back in the same yr and there is no way to analyze but on the pro side, you can go in manually and adjust averages.

Love that I felt like I was able to keep up with some of the always-changing guidelines. Customer service was always extremely responsive.

We could use a separate field in the debt section for notes that don't necessarily fit with one debt in particular.

I use it to calculate complicated income and I really appreciate that the customer support is always quick and accurate.

Mostly easy to use; really like some of the helpful popups when it came to inputting self employed or other variable income. Extremely helpful information and guidance.

Calculations for rental properties are a bit off in some scenarios. Search indexing for loans can be confusing.

Not too much of an issue. Sometimes documents are converted to a PDF and its shows some error and  printed material on the report will be split between two pages.

As per organization, this is a useful tool for the mortgage industry. We can do perfect income calculations from this tool including wage & self-employment as well.
