Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • very flexible and customer service is very good. They are very attentive to requests and are able to timely rectify problems with viable solutions

  • ellie mae has fantastic support for any questions or troubleshooting

  • Cons

  • I do like using a CRM often. It is great for keeping track, but you cant make any custom fields or access notes/convo log quickly.

  • Not enough conferences to attend. The conferences are a wealth of information and would like to see them more often

  • Pros

  • Clients love it. I can set out exactly what I need from a client and it is easy for them follow. It provides one central point for us to work together from.

  • Simple for clients to use and simple for our staff to use. Love the google drive integration and how it renames the files as per your request items. The the UI is pretty polished

  • Cons

  • None that I can see, other than the learning curve could have been shorter, but I believe a big part of that was me.

  • There is not much I don't like about this. I guess it would be good if the mobile number for texts could be automatically be changed to a +64 prefix as I keep forgetting.
