We have had issues in the past of some documents not uploading correctly (being corrupted), and it was a pain the track these documents down.

Has the ability for performance management (have not yet implemented). Quick and easy upgrades to software.

The slowness of the system is very problematic and causes my work to run inefficiently.

The app is obsolete and needs to be completely replaced.

My company uses encompass 360 on a daily basis. It's easy to learn and navigate through.

It's clearly shown what is what. I loved using this software while in my internship, I really learned a great deal.

Locks you into their vendors or you get charged excessively. In addition, it takes hiring one to two certified programmers to keep the programming running while paying excessively.

Encompass's ability to integrate with other programs and software is a huge benefit. To be able to access external sites and partners within this system is such a time saver.

Saddening to think we can so so many things in Home Loan Origination that make it easy on the consumer yet lack so severely in the development of a user-friendly LOS system.

There is a slight delay when saving information.

Very flexible and customer service is very good. They are very attentive to requests and are able to timely rectify problems with viable solutions.

I'm an IT professional who hates this antiquated software with a passion. The performance is horrible and has customer support to match.

When searching for a new LOS system I used Encompass as my bass comparison and no one could match all the needs and wants that Encompass could.

Easy to evaluate all jobs/positions provide correct competencies for each job. Job descriptions/interview guides are also ready to print once you have completed the evaluation.

The features that are most impactful is the ability for all levels of the loan process to be able to work on a file without security issues.

Its been somewhat fun and entertaining trying to work around the countless inefficiencies of the product.

It's aged well, and we're currently going through an upgrade, so hopefully the functionality continues to improve. Decent value for the price, and volume that our bank pushes through it.

Overall, I feel the experience with Encompass is great. If they work on improving the slight bugs in their document uploading/storage, I think it would be an even better solution.

Very Slow - the system lags to load and login, it lags to get inside a new file and is slow overall.

I am not sure I have something I dont like. Maybe that in admin reports you have to keep building reports vs being able to use one report that just refreshes with data.

This is the best software for mortgages easy to use and user friendly.

Encompass is an easy to use software. I mostly use it to pull saved documents during HDMA reviews, but I am definitely a fan at how easy it makes the process.

It is complex and niche driven. It is very expensive so there isn't universal acceptance in the industry due to the barrier to entry for smaller shops.

It's pretty much the industry standard. Easy to use, easy to train on, decent online application process.

Some forms could not be edited while certain windows were opened, which was inconvenient.

Transitioning to Encompass is a total pain in the butt so add an additional 3-6 months to your integration window to get it set up.

I do like the chat because I almost alway get [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and he can answer just about anything with a great attitude.

And because I asked, they cancelled my service and took my data and refused to give it back without an extra fee of over $1,000 to get my own data back, even thought i did not give permission.

Easy to read and change themes for visual, integrates with different programs currently and adding more for ease.

The technology and being able to use it from anywhere. EVEN MY CELL PHONE!!!! I can literally work from anywhere and not miss a beat.

The number one feature is the quick customer support. We are completely blown away by how quickly and expertly the support team handles all queries and difficulties.

The customer service has been phenomenal. They are quick to help and have answers to all almost all our questions.

I really have only used this software for mortgage processing so I don't have anything to really compare it too. I do like the way it is laid out and the colors make it more interesting to use.

I know that Lending Pad has been working on this for some time, but I'm not sure if it has been rolled out.
