I love using the program because it’s very straight forward and easy to train someone to use it.

I think its a easy to use system but the customer support is lacking they do not have techs readily available to troubleshoot.

Sometimes has a lag, new updates are a little confusing.

I like the simplicity of this software, organization of the reports and the ability to instruct care givers on the amount of care that each individual resident, requires using the resident summary.

I don't there is anything I don't like about the software at this time. It has everything that I need.

One of the best face sheets I have seen. As a nurse, it is convenient when placing all the information for an incident, AL Advantage creates the exact state report needed.

Reasonably priced, great support, easy to access and printed forms are professional.

So, implementation into our operations cannot be done efficiently, requiring a number of tasks to still be done manually until the required functions can be available in StoriiCare.

But even more than that, the constant improvements and customer service make this a great investment opportunity for any organization who needs a person-centered platform.

I like its simplicity and its focus on pictorial representation of information on the software interface. The ability to personalize the calendar to fit in my activities as been really helpful.

We have to create our own forms instead, and it's been difficult to find the time and the form builder is not intuitive. Looking forward to all the bugs being worked out of the billing system.

Some of the analylitics can be difficult to use and when you work from two homes there is too many paswords.

Often, we would have to close the entire app to for it to begin functioning again. This was difficult for older employees to get the hang of.

Everyone in my organization has enjoyed this software, even those who take a bit more time in adopting new technologies. I think the interface is perfect, very simple and no fuss.
