Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • StoriiCare was user friendly for all cognitive levels. Allowed the flexibility to personalize it to our centers needs.

  • Journalling is excellent providing family enagement

  • Cons

  • There are some features we would like to have that our service wants, but the StoriiCare team have built in a feature request system so customers can share their ideas and requests easily.

  • I have no cons at this time regarding this product.

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use and configure. The support staff is amazing and they are really there to help you.

  • Love the ability to customize forms. Med Pass is clear and concise. Netsmart is responsive to end user suggestions.

  • Cons

  • If not trained properly, Vision can seem cumbersome and difficult. But in reality it is very user friendly.

  • There are cheaper options out there, Like Point Click Care
