As a project-based consulting firm, we struggled to justify signing up for a subscription because we don't know how many interviews we will do in a given month.

So far i was having difficult downloading the Video files. Because of a large files per video.

This makes it easy to support. Once the clients do the tech check in we're good.

Also, being able to highlight portions of an interview transcript then clicking a button to generate a video highlight is amazing. It has saved me dozens of hours in the highlight creation process.

It may be difficult sometimes to keep discussions going as most of the users experience lag.

It was super easy to blend the business requirements with this software.

As a moderator, I tend to forget to tick the questions sometimes while interviewing.

The discuss Io technician was not able to figure out what was wrong with my connectivity. They asked me to connect from Microsoft Edge I did and nothing was happening.

When they called the line was dead. And after that all I heard from two technicians on two different ocasiona was that my connectivity was low.

Great customer service and support and the tool has evolved into a great video capture research application.

I love the easy ways to create show reels and to identify sentiments as well as word search to pinpoint areas of interest. It's a helpful qualitative augment to quantitative research.

It's quick and easy to set up - respondents find it easy to use and the seamless integration means it doesn't disrupt the flow of your survey but routing respondents away from it.

The product is very easy to use and has some great features.

The only issue we sometimes have is a time difference - we're in the UK, so sometimes there is a lag between needing to get a project setup ASAP and being able to do so.

An easy to use platform that helps you get the most out of video, by making analysis, editing and sharing easy; great add ons such as translation, emotion insight and analytics.

But the overall video anlaysis and editing suite really helps pull together impactful highlight reels that help you identify the insights and bring them to life.

The platform does lack features. And, there isn't an easy way to export a group of videos.

That said, you can set up projects in advance so can combat this issue with a bit of prior planning.

But when you have people recording videos on their phones, with the TV on and kids running round it struggles.

The transcription (either Machine or Human) is very quick and accurate. Creating a showreel is very straightforward.

The support we receive is outstanding and our Customer Success team are always looking for new ways to help us and our clients get value from the platform.

Easy to use, both front and back end and has integrated with our process well. I believe there are still a lot of features which we have not made the most of yet.

Their support is simply amazing. Whenever I've reached out for help they have been quick to respond and patiently walked me through the issue.
