It’s interactive, if you understand it once - it can be used in a very useful manner. Customer care is supportive so much.

There are so many helpful capabilities (text categorization, statistics, etc). The support team is amazing - I always get detailed, meticulous responses.

My overall experience with DisplayR was good, i have learned it in a few weeks and i helped my team to learn it too.

I have discovered a few feature bugs that caused problems with my dashboards.

DisplayR does great in handling survey data. I like how it is able to integrate R and JavaScript in data management and visualization.

All in one - data preparation, analysis and visualisation are integrated and easy. Enables us to complete our own data analysis rather than be dependent on others.

Some complicated features of charts or how it’s so slow. Each command takes some time to load - this is the worst drawback of displayr.

And secondly the ease of use and operation, which is spearheaded by superb training upfront and by ongoing support which is second to none.

But when i showed the problem to customer service, they either showed me another approach, or sent the bug to IT to fix (which they actually did).

Displayr fits very well with the survey software we use and with a bit of practise and research produces good looking and functional dashboard for clients.

This is a very thorough data visualization/dashboarding  product. We can run any type of analysis desired and it offers a host of powerful visualizations.

Easy to use and learn the functionality, and the service team is always available to help and provide very detailed and helpful responses.

I like the variety of analytical tools and the ability to use R code. Finally, I appreciate how responsive and knowledgeable the customer support team is.

The dashboard function has also been transformative for our work. And whenever I need help the staff is super helpful and quick to respond.

Sometimes, there are weird things we have to do to display things how we want.

Power Point Structure- Possibility to update report with layout on power point-Lots of vizualisation / analyses-Support very responsive and competent.

Overall been very happy, and it has opened up pathways of opportunity for our company that otherwise wouldn't have been there.

I frequently am crunched for time on projects. Having a strong analytical engine and reporting interface allow for rapid report development.

Just to repeat my above comments really, it's been really useful and vital for me and great value for money.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

Said it would handle the tasks needed. It was easy to sign up and they were great at refunding immediately.

This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.

Customer service is great, and it helped me save tons of time on building forms. My client is happy because the design looks great.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

This is a generally good and sometimes great form building software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

They also allow it's users to upload their own company logos which is super nice.

What I really liked the most about JotForm was how easy it was to build a form. The interface was user friendly.

Using it since the very early days, and I ve seen how it grew over the years. Multifunctional, great customer service, ability to code yourself if needed (and they provide help with that).

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.
