Pros/Cons
Pros
- Clarity, ease of use and an outstanding support team are just some of the reasons why I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to create offline questionnaires.
- The ease of being able to export the data into different formats that are compatible with our systems is great. I also find the staff very easy to deal with and they are very accommodating.
- The experience with IdSurvey has been great so far, and I would definetely recommend it.
Cons
- No functionality to print questionary (as before in V4). Expensive token system, exclusively cloud storage of surveys (no offline as in V4).
- By this all the questionnaires that had less than minimum acceptable duration for each question were disqualified.
- There is no possibility to randomly select from the list of respondents. CATI calls are done via IP phone and not USBs.
Pros
- SEMrush is comprehensive. Amazing for competitor analysis, and very powerful analytics and visualizations.
- It includes competitive information, tracking of top keywords, the ability to do research, and create keyword lists to leverage for SEM. It's a great tool at an affordable price point.
- The best thing I liked is Competitive analysis, It can provide you the best details compared to any other tools. Finding prospects for the backlinks is also best in class.
Cons
- I think the only problem we have had with this platform has been to use 100% of the tools it has, because it is very complete and has so many features that it is difficult to understand everything.
- I hate how, even after paying a lot of money each month, they require you to pay more see other domains. You also can’t see certain market reports which is just annoying.
- One example is a dead link on my site. Semrush tells me of its existence, but not exactly where it is so that I can fix it.
