Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • the email editor is excellent, and the open/click tracking is very good.

  • Ease of use. Nice design, Makes it easy to track performance

  • Cons

  • There isn't much I don't enjoy about this product. I will admit there is a bit of a learning curve to the formatting; however, once you get the hang of it it is smooth sailing.

  • Benchmark doesn't offer the same features as some of the other big players; the automation is limited and tracking/analytics don't stack up. For the price and basic features though, it's a win.

  • Pros

  • Excellent customer service and excellent lead quality for live transfers. The support is far superior than any other lead service we have tried in the past.

  • software is easy to use - refunds are quick and easy and the recordings come in handy as well. I like that we can see what is gong on in real time and the account manger is super helpful.

  • Cons

  • The lack of pause function for weekends. It is very easy to adjust the leads down for the weekends but we end up just doing them on Monday as we can't pause them altogether.

  • Not many. Sometimes I get duplicate leads, but they do credit me.
