Overall Canva is a nice solution if you are a non-designer like me. It's the capability to give outputs in different forms like PDF and SVG apart from PNG and JPG is really helpful in my case.

They have great customer service and amazing designer templates. They make marketing for my business incredibly easy.

It's super easy to use even if you have little to no design experience, and has an amazing array of templates and design elements you can use for free or minimal costs.

Also there have been times when I have lost a design accidentally using Canva on my computer due to changing the template accidentally.

I look at the tracking info and they won't be here until MONDAY. They screwed us over so bad, I will NEVER use this service again.

Excellent - definitely very comfortable using, excellent and innovative ways to create resumes. It'll be the only thing I use to do that from now on.

This is an excellent sotfware for people that is not a designer and need to have very good presentations and frameworks.

It helps with ideas on different ways to use products. We really need new ways to communicate with our community and with the pandemic it is nice to reach them with style.

The lack of functionality and inability to do more with the software. There are a number of seemingly simple changes I couldn't make.

There are no features missing, i feel it's very complete when you pay the subscription. When you are a free user you have a limited set of tools at your disposal.

I really like canva and think the service it provides is wonderful. The price is good too if you use it enough and the graphics are fun.

For instance, if I have text, a picture, and a box shape to outline the text, it can be extremely frustrating to move them around without accidentally moving the wrong item.

Canva is clearly focused on being the best, easy to use graphics program out there. Their pro subscription is quite good and worth the money if you use it frequently.

For group projects, only one person can be signed in at a time otherwise you risk losing some of the work.

What I miss the most is I can’t do a drop shadow on an object. Often I’ll have to create the rest of the design, export it, then open it to Photoshop and add that element and drop shadow there.

If I had to complain about something, I’d say the amount of screens I have to go through when I open it can be a little frustrating.

The tool is super easy to use for all levels, having zero knowledge for me it was a great help to have found Canva.

Every feature are very nice, the product is easy to use, integration with my existing product was easy, it helps you fill in the gap of graphic designer.

I love how easy it was to make your own logos, banners, and how well integrated it was with social media outlets like facebook and instagram.

It's a great place to go for creative design inspiration. Also, Canva is incredibly easy to use and has many of the same keyboard shortcuts as Adobe Creative Cloud products.

User friendly, excellent interface, customer service is congenial and helpful, and it's fast and easy to use.

I'm not a photoshop master, so Canva has been a godsend. Can create creatives for all needed areas of business and the formatting they have is awesome.

Canva has modern layouts, a wide variety and great quality images. The software is easy to use and the processes are integrated with other software that I use.

The initial version is free, so you can try it out to see if you like it before you purchase it. Great templates even for the free version.

Difficult to understand at first. You need have some knowledge to understand all the options.

The best feature is all the beautiful pre-built templates (pop-ups, forms, and landing pages) that make it easy to customize to our liking. Convertflow also integrated with our CRM.

ConvertFlow is super easy to use and implement. I really like the integration with Infusionsoft which allows us to segment and tag customers appropriately.

Has all the basic components for an amazing lead collection tool.

While it maps to Hubspot, you have to pay extra for fields, and forms, so this was kind of annoying.

It is rather costly for small businesses to get started with ConvertFlow, since the cheapest tier costs $29/month.

Well integrated with Segment as well as Zapier. Good for personalization.

The multi-step forms are priceless and a friendly way to convert. We get more leads with them than with normal static forms.

I needed a quality solution that was easy to integrate and execute. After a thorough search, ConvertFlow was  came through and their customer service has been top notch.

Their chat support is very responsive, never had to wait more than a minute to get a problem solved.

That is a huge difference and the company founders and staff care about you and your success which is an unparalleled level of support to grow your business.

Once I build my first CTA it was easy to launch and monitor my campaign, and their support is very good. Also they have very good tutorials.

I was impressed with how much you can do with ConvertFlow. It's more advanced than other tools on the market, but you can use the basic features within minutes if you want to.

Overall it's been a  great experience with Convertflow.

It is a great lead capture software and you can quickly spin up many lead capture tools and A/B test them. I definitely recommend you try it out.

They have a variety of templates to choose from and I feel that for the price, I definitely get my money's worth.

It also integrates with Google Analytics and it will automatically create events there.

ConvertFlow has well-exceeded my expectations. I am very happy that I discovered ConvertFlow.

Purpose of use great, ease of use needs improvement.

I have so much fun designing new pop up banners and embedded forms. And they also integrate with other services I use, such as MailChimp, which makes lead capture a breeze.

As a small business owner you have to balance your time investment with outsourcing costs and for me, investing in ConvertFlow was worth the money and time saved.

This is very frustrating because it makes it hard to run reports for anyone who doesn't have access to ConvertFlow. The other issue is the Google Analytics integration doesn't work for Landing Pages.

The only downside I've run into is having a bit of problem with the logic that prevents popups from showing to certain users.

Especially the team behind ConvertFlow are awesome. They really care about you as a customer and often they developed features that you've requested.

It is not unusual to have their server fail and cause additional delays and problems. What has happened more recently is much more troubling.

It is missing a way to identify customers via url parameters os you can integrate seamlessly with mail campaigns.

But what I love most is the ability to re-target my CTAs, inline in my website's content, with appropriate follow up CTAs. ConvertFlow is the glue that holds together my entire marketing platform.

The other thing I love about ConvertFlow is being able to A/B test. It is an amazing tool for that and you can set up tests in minutes.

I like how easy it is to set up and manage split tests. Also, all their integrations are neat and fast to use.

Pages, exit pop-ups based on deep levels of logic, inline form embeds, sidebar/sticky bar, multi-step forms and logic-based questions, AND connects to our CRM flawlessly AND doesn't glitch regularly.
