Clearview Social is especially helpful for those marketers who have multiple responsibilities. A few minutes a week is all that I need to maximize my firm's social media presence.

We like that it allows our people to share content straight from their inbox.

Overall I've had a great experience. My account managers have been helpful and responsive as well as open to new ideas to pass along to developers.

ClearView Social is easy to use and quickly gets valuable content to my LinkedIn connections. It is also partnered with other tools that I just do not use (not their fault).

One thing I find frustrating is editing my message to our firm team.

I love the analytics they provide which helps me track progress and make adjustments on the fly. Clearview Social is a must have for anyone serious about their social media strategy.

This only took me one erroneous send to realize - but its just not intuitive for when I am training others on my team on it.

It can be difficult to get the sizing of the images correct.

I love the ease of posting to social media. I don't have to think about scheduling or what the right time is to post, Clearview handles this all for me.

It can be very frustrating to go through the steps of the workaround, which is time consuming. It seems to be an intermittent problem.

In an easy weekly newsletter format, we send out posts that our employees can share with the click of a button. It is such a helpful tool for B2B thought leadership strategies.

Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Clearview Social.

Being able to quickly upload users and share out content with each employee is super. LOVE the new AI caption option.

Easy to use, great options to promote with other members of my company.

It also schedules the content to release at different times which is great for keeping our team at the top of the news feeds.

The team is always wonderful to help me when I need it and helps to resolve any issues. It really is a great product that is easy to use and helps to keep our team and company consistent with posting.

Not sure it is reaching all social media platforms and risk of obsolescence is high.

The social media scheduling is easy to use. It's also easy to build the weekly share  queues and send them out to teams.

This is one of the easier software products to use. And customer support with real humans has been really good.

I really enjoy the ability to make it easy for our staff and association members to share our social content on their channels.

Use to be frustrated by same box always popping up taking you to tutorial but might have been I never clicked a proper box.

This platform is very straightforward and easy to use, even for people who have no social media experience. Training new users is quick and easy, and user retention is good.

I have really enjoyed using emfluence and even with the template created, it's a really great platform and tool to use.

The platform is user friendly and provides a very detailed help section that allows you to quickly figure items out.

The only con would be that I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for at times, but I would consider that more of a user error than a flaw in the system.

I can't think of anything I don't like right now.

Sending/scheduling email campaigns is a big part of what I do, this platform has been the best sidekick throughout the process, hands down.

Emfluence cares about what the users want and implement changes according to what the clients want. Customer service is amazing.

I like the ease of use with this platform. It's really all about making the experience simple and easy which is great.

This may be because i use a template in Emfluence, but i've had trouble creating dividers in the template the way it was set up. Again, could simply be because of the template or user error.

We change that up constantly. Their seminars are well worth the money.

The beautiful part for us is that emfluence keeps making the system better and better. We use social media planning, landing pages, surveys, google tracking, list scoring, modals, and personalization.

Overall, our brand enjoyed workign with Emfluence and trying to tackle as much as possible on one platform. While there are a few items we would prefer to use, overall it was a positive experience.

With the help of the Emfluence team, we were even able to target each individual market effectively and efficiently.

I like how easy to use the software is. It really takes the shotgun approach and has quite a bit of functionality for the package.

Value: there is a lot of competition in this space, but few solutions manage to find the sweet spot of Features and Functionality for a sensible price...emfluence does just that.

Email was simple to create and oversee all while enhancing the quality of what is being sent.

There are a few feature that other email platforms provide that we have requested. The customer services is great and very responsive.

It is hard to build templates and emails if you are not a software developer.

I have no knowledge of html, so a few of the advanced features were a little difficult for me to master.

Ease of use, compatibility, and the team we work with has been outstanding. Anything we ask for is done in a timely manner.

Every feature and update is driven by a combination of customer feedback/requests and smart integrations with tools like Litmus and Yext.

Easy to have all of our email campaigns and social media management in one place. We haven't deployed their CRM Integration feature yet but we are excited to do so soon.

I love how user friendly this platform is. It's extremely intuitive and if you can't figure something out, there is an extensive help section that you can almost always find your answer.

Emfluence is an easy to use software that helps me to engage my prospect and clients that seems customized and personal so has drastically increased my level of communication with my contacts.

If you do have a question, Emfluence has excellent customer service that answers questions very quickly. They also developed better logic for their survey builder that has been very helpful for us.
