I absolutely love this program and I personally use it to maintain my social media presence. It is awesome to set a schedule of posting and you can share with a team if you need to.

The UI is good, Seeing all your social media status and replying to the comments you received on one platform is an amazing feature this is the reason I still use this.

It doesn't have many features that aren't included in a given social media platform's native scheduling app, and in many cases it's actively worse due to a lack of proper licensure.

I've had a great experience with Hootsuite. I've never had to lean on their support team, but my experience as a user has been very positive.

The best thing that I like about Hootsuite is analytics. The analytics provided by Hootsuite is very detailed and helpful.

I don't like when  you are switching back and forth from planner to content you loose your spot in the planner and have to search for the day you were on.

There are many functions in SalesFusion that are practical. The Email statistics are useful and it is nice to be able to copy old campaigns or refer to old campaigns.

The templates are difficult to use, and placing pictures in emails is difficult.

With customization and CRM integration, it was very important to us to have the additional services available to us from the same company.

But, if you have any problems, the team is very responsive and helpful. Small companies and big companies alike can benefit from Salesfusion; when you grow, it can easily grow with you.

I really like the ease of use for certain parts of the system - the landing page builder and the nurture campaign flow come first to mind.

Email platform and customer service pretty bad.

The email builder is easy to use and automatically optimizes for mobile. The integration between Salesfusion and our CRM has increased the communication and clarity between marketing and sales.

I don't like that the different pieces of the system don't match each other (email builder vs landing page builder).

SalesFusion handles the demanding tasks we need it to but there is a bit of a learning curve involved.

The cost of the platform is really nice. We can basically do everything we were using Pardot for.

Can end up looking messy if you don't know the software well when you start working on it.
