- The software really helps to convert a contact into a sales opportunity. HubSpot has an excellent customer support team and the platform has how-to and detailed demo section for the starters.
- Great automations, and lot's of useful integrations. Support is excellent and the product receives regular upgrades to enhance the experience.
Cons
- I have accidentally overlooked that property when I get on a roll and have emailed the wrong document to the wrong persona.
- Support is bad, English only and often slow. Pricing has gotten worse over the years.
Pros
- It helps us create better content for our website, such as job postings. It's quite simple to use, and it's a wonderful tool for our content writers, with plugins for Google Chrome and Word.
- It integrates with many other tools so that you can improve your content anywhere you like, including WordPress and Microsoft Word.
Cons
- And the worst of all: It doesn't include a good complete optimization for other widely used languages, for example Spanish.
- I don't like to work in the Wordpress plug-in beacuse of the size constraints. I prefer to work in their web app and then copy and paste and that increases the time needed to use their software.
