InTouch Drive has many features that would be perfect for clubs where sales people sit at desks in front of computers most of the day and love mostly tech stuff.

Frustrating that I cannot do things quickly. Complicated to teach as there are many steps to each process.

The new design was a bit hard for me to understand. I miss when we had flash - I had become very familiar with the old set up and have not enjoyed slowly relearning.

Does not fully match how our business runs. Integration does not go both directions so there is a lot of manual work to cancel members then put them back in to any sales pipeline.

Front-end scaling isn't that great on my laptop. Search feature is absolutely HORRENDOUS and has always been that way.

Having said that, the customer support staff is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the upgrades to their email creation features.

I have used this since day one with the company I’m at and I’ve been pretty happy with it.

How easy it is to keep my updated on daily task.

Can't set alerts for contacting leads. Just generally slow and weird to use.

I like how quickly incoming leads are updated and the team is notified and I like how easy it is to track who we have contacted.

I like that it interacts with Motion Soft now. Took a long time though.

Settling in but good at what it does. Would love to provide feedback on build outs.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for something like this for their business not matter how big or small. Keeps you on track, organized daily and smooth to use.

I am displeased that there is no function in order to text all leads a mass text message.

The product is extremely easy to use. Each feature does exactly what we need and its simple to navigate which is fantastic when you want to do things in a speedy fashion for your clients.

Too intricate, too small (difficult to see and click), too many unnecessary steps, schedule disappears when going back to calendar.

Intially it was very frustrating due to some software changes. When the kinks were worked out it did become easier.

Fairly easy to use once you understand the flow. Legacy reporting is good.

Fast input and organized. Easy updates straight to my emails via text and voicemails.

Captures prospect information and helps to engage them right away and consistently AUTOMATICALLY.

It is a little difficult to switch owners of leads in bulk.

I do think in touch for what it's worth is great for lead organization, and tasks, as well as general communication.

How easy it is to use and to access. Love that you can pre-generate templates and It shows who has opened and read the messages.

No real cons, but setting up the intake of contacts was a little difficult.

What I like about Notifii connect it is Easy to navigate.

Correcting spelling errors does not work well.

Great experience customer services is always available.

I like how easy it is to log mail. And how quick and easy it is to notify people about the mail they receive.

Ability to communicate instantly with residents in apartment buildings.

It has really been helpful in aiding our communication with all the residents at our apartment community. The residents have been very happy with our quick responses to their inquiries.

It is user friendly and being able to go back to the history. I also love that it sends a text as well as an email.

I really enjoy using the Connect product. It allows us to quickly communicate via text and email to our over 500 apartments.

I don't know that there is anything I have bad to say.

So easy to use and the ability to send a text/email to many without it being on a group reply is fantastic.

The software is very user friendly. Customer service is always great as well.

I love that this software gives me the ability to select what users I want to send a notification to, whether its prospects, residents or certain groups, I don't have to select all.

I genuinely don't think I have anything bad to say about Notifii.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

Very happy with the product. I use this daily to communicate with my residents.

I love how easy it is to use. It helps to be able to go back to past correspondence with residents and reuse it.
