I have had a great experience and use IRIO multiple times a week. Easy to use and great customer service.

Easy to use and great opportunity to keep everyone informed. The residents like that they are updated and informed of things going on the property.

I feel the mobile version need to match the desktop version. Unable to send a emergency text blast, unable to see the residents name when they reply, you can only view their phone number.

There were months were I could not respond to any new leads losing potential leases.

Very helpful for sending out quick mass messages to current residents alerting them to upcoming events, or general reminders.

The bad thing about TweetDeck is that it isn't optimized for small screens and it looks clumsy even on a laptop screen.

TweetDeck is an awesome free tool provided by Twitter using which I can easily build multiple sections for different use cases and also add multiple accounts into one deck.

I like the ability to schedule tweets using Tweetdeck. I also appreciate the ability to search by user and hashtag.

What could improve is the site interface, it is very polluted with information on the screen, sometimes it causes a failure on the screen, making reading comprehension a little difficult.
