- The Creative studio showing us which add creatives and copy performed the best - we've had a few surprises... and it helps to guide our creative thinking for future ad campaigns.
- There was a definite learning curve but with help from a Madgicx customer success team, we were able to identify a strategy to improve the performance of my FB ads.
Cons
- Also, the basic workings of the automation tactics makes it seem relatively easy to use, but once you try to set it up it can be a bit confusing and tricky to set up.
- I had difficult time setting up the software. Initially, automation worked against me because I was not using it right.
Pros
- I also love how so many aspects of each widget is customizable. So many services like this don't allow for the customization needed to cater your reports to clients exactly as you see fit.
- His timely communication and care to help our team is top-notch. The endless customizations have given our clients a wide range of data to dissect and consistency month-to-month.
Cons
- Very limited for how many clients it can house within the software.
- I've stumbled into trouble a few times trying to link and relink accounts. We have a manager ads and analytics account, which I think causes most of the issue.
