My overall experience with Morningscore has been excellent. Their offerings are pretty much competitive and serve a great value for money.

Overall, this is a great tool to add to your stack. It's affordable and you don't have to commit to it.

However the best part about Morningscore is the dev team willingness to listen up and improve their platform based on user's input.

One of best features (for us) is the Competition keywords checking. The support team is very fast in replying to any requests.

I like that I can find contact info pretty easily as long as I can find the person on LinkedIn or they are listed on the company webpage.

Some emails that are marked as verified, still bounce indicating the account is no longer in use. This happens only abut 10% of the time.

Initially I found the interface to be somewhat confusing, but was able to quickly get the hang of it.

The information can be severely outdated. That is a major issue with all prospecting software, though.

The lack of consistently updated contact information. I find myself spending more time updating bad domains for prospects then I do benefitting from getting their information on the first pass.

From my unscientific observation about 20% of contacts I look up have bad information, emails, phone.

I like that you can use the linkedin contact information to search for the specific contact that you are looking for. I also like that information showing which emails have been validated.
