  • In short, Net-Results is a simple intuitive system, is extremely cost effective and offers responsive support and constant improvement of the system for optimal results.
  • The Lead Scoring module has been very effective in allowing us the ability to assign 'interests' to our visitors based on web page activity.
  • Pros

  • The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
  • When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
  • Cons

  • I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
  • Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
