  • Pros

  • The customer support is really good. Very responsive and goes the extra mile.
  • 3 Come for the software, stay for the people. Not only are the staff extremely good at what they do but so are the leaders.
  • Cons

  • The pricing tiers are rather odd as there's no middle ground.
  • You can text contacts, but notifications of text messages in reply are virtually no existent.

  • It's simple to use and a easy solution for mass text marketing. Great for keeping our guests and member up-to-date on events and sales.
  • Textedly is VERY user friendly. An easy upload of phone numbers and the ease of sending messages are my top praises.
  • Cons

  • The inability to export our lists. It's a feature that textedly needs to add with the way that campaigns are shaped today.
  • It is virtually impossible to cancel the service. You can never talk to anyone you are limited to the chat or email only for support.
