What i like most is that Oracle CX Marketing helps me build strong relationships with customers. I can request a demo version before final purchase, that is great advantage in my mind.

Expensive in comparison with the competition. Lots of features but the support is bad and also the layout and UI looks dated.

This is a very good marketing tool, it can help create landing pages, emails, and submit forms via the editor.

There are plenty of good CRMs out there so keep looking.

I've had the fortune of using Eloqua at the last two organizations that I've worked for. Both organizations had unique data storage programs and therefore integration was of great importance.

In the others, I have had many situations where I had a business problem that I couldn't solve in it. Not with Oracle Marketing.

When we have large canvases and campaigns, it can be slow to run our segments and thus, can delay our launches.

Good experience but high cost. Universal program used in every business that can be customized but takes time.

Customer support is very bad, every team in the company has no idea what the other is doing, extremely disorganized and frustrating.

It is using drag and drop placement, so don't need programmer to help at all. It also has the email subscription manager features that help manage the email recipients list, and setup email campaigns.

Some customizations are hard to make after something is automatically scheduled.

We vastly underestimated the difficulty in integrating with our CRM.

If what you want to do isn't out of the box, or a plugin available, you can create just about any program or process within the system.

I have been able to apply the strategy and get excellent results thanks to the Topliners Community, the online trainings and the support team, which are still giving us an extremely important help.

Changing from an old system to Oracle was done with ease and the functionality Oracle offers along with its UI and troubleshoot is great for its users. Overall i am pleased with this software.

Discipline, organization, order and a great impact on our customers is what we have achieved with the use of this great platform.

The campaign management in Eloqua is a very easy and intuitive tool to send out simple, as well as sophisticated email campaigns.

I have used Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, etc. This is by far, my favorite of all of them.

I like it because I'm very tecchy. Other might find it confusing and difficult to learn.

These two areas alone have made a world of difference in how I can use this amazing tool to better our data health.

I am a true Eloqua fan and encourage everyone to check out their Topliners community to see all the capabilities of this system.

It used to be that you could call in and talk to a rep, who would talk you through any problem on the spot.

The Eloqua suite is very powerful and has brilliant support resources like Topliners and the Eloqua University.

We have a home-baked CRM, not SFDC or Dynamics. So, we have been stymied in delivering our marketing knowledge to Sales.

The A/B testing on email campaigns is a nice feature and that you can set a time range and once that's up, the winning email will be sent to the rest of your contacts.

Ease of use & searching by Linkedin URL is Awesome. The internal search function is really good too.

I like that I can find contact info pretty easily as long as I can find the person on LinkedIn or they are listed on the company webpage.

I like the simple interface and the filtering tools that are available to search an intended list of prospects.

Some emails that are marked as verified, still bounce indicating the account is no longer in use. This happens only abut 10% of the time.

Initially I found the interface to be somewhat confusing, but was able to quickly get the hang of it.

Accuracy, ease of use, and cost. Compared to others, it is the best alternative.

The information can be severely outdated. That is a major issue with all prospecting software, though.

The lack of consistently updated contact information. I find myself spending more time updating bad domains for prospects then I do benefitting from getting their information on the first pass.

We're big fans of networking and cold outreach, and this has quite literally changed the game for us and brought us more leads and opportunities than ever before.

Would highly recommend to any small business owner that is looking to build up their contact database and actively does cold outreach.

I like that you can use the linkedin contact information to search for the specific contact that you are looking for. I also like that information showing which emails have been validated.

What I liked most about RocketReach is that I can search for more appropriate prospects through filtering.

If a contact has bad information possibly you shouldnt charge that as a user lookup.

Rocket reach does a good job finding contact information and worked better than some similarly priced alternative. It can find a personal email 90% of the time I use it.
