  • Pros

  • Love the automated posting and scheduling features and the customer support is top tier.
  • The performance analytics are also useful in helping me understand quickly what worked best each month.
  • Cons

  • Hate that I cannot select the cover photos for my IG posts so I still have to manually post a lot.
  • It is harder to use because the drag and drop isn't very seamless. This makes visually planning more challenging.
