Cons: Whilst the platform is amazing & the team is great, I find when I ask for examples in a category the creative of this is a little lacking compared with other providers (e.g. seeing other clients in a category with ads in the platform live for case stidies etc). I got as far as setting my my card info, and their qualifications. That part was frustrating! Their customer support does not help much, either. There's a rep called Cierra Cox, who, will, supposedly get on the phone with a potential client, but she flakes -- she also does not properly read e-mails. That happened to me twice with her, and I chatted with another person who had the same problem. Is it no wonder they have so many bad reviews. Cons: The rep, Sierra Cox. Zero support.
