Real traffic. #### Cons The max conversion setting could use more work. I got as far as setting my my card info, and their qualifications. That part was frustrating! Their customer support does not help much, either. There's a rep called Cierra Cox, who, will, supposedly get on the phone with a potential client, but she flakes -- she also does not properly read e-mails. That happened to me twice with her, and I chatted with another person who had the same problem. Is it no wonder they have so many bad reviews. #### Cons The rep, Sierra Cox. Zero support. She does not properly read e-mails, either. Very easy to check for mistakes. Of course they provide quality traffic, and the price ranges are also quite good. #### Cons Sometimes the servers are overloaded, or we have other issues that cause breaks in our day, but that's fine, we can grab a coffee and do something else for a while. Once the algorithms had some time to understand the best placements, our campaigns started bringing in positive ROI. #### Cons The dashboard is pretty easy to use, and will look familiar to anyone who's run campaigns with Meta or Google. But I think there's still room for improvement in the UI in some areas. An account manager reached out and made some suggestions which lowered the CPC, which is always welcome.
