Pros/Cons
Pros
- Im very happy with Clubworx its super easy and has everything we need. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is amazing, they are always there for us.
- Fantastic communication and easy usability. I look forward to watching how clubworx will continue to develop their systems and improve the experience for staff, business owners and members.
- I like that we can integrate it with other apps and softwares. Very user friendly and the feature I like the most is keeping notes and tasks up to date.
Cons
- Lack of financial reports, used eg for forecasting.
- It was a little clunky setting up the schedule blocks for our Small Group Personal Training sessions, but it was a small price to pay for all the other options we picked up from the software.
- Not been able to let ezidebit collect the fees directly to our customers. I don't like the fact we have to absorb the fees and include into our club fees.
Pros
- It looked nice (branding etc) it appeared to encompass all aspects of a what a gym would need to operate. Onboarding people were very nice and helpful.
- We have been really well supported during the COVID-19 challenges and very much appreciated Glofox seeing what customers needed and added some great features during this time.
- The staff are excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. With my business recently expanding, I have been been offered very good clear guidance by my Account Manager.
Cons
- Asides from the frustrating technical issues outlined above, the support is very poor.
- I lost out on dozens of unpaid bookings and Glofox never let its customers know or removed the feature.
- We really thought highly of Glofox until we started using it. Now, 2 months later, we are extremely disappointed.
