Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, user friendly interface and my clients enjoy the convenience of it. Also, I LOVE that it alerts my clients of upcoming appointments, which makes my life easier.

  • I love the ease of use and that I can use it to immediately store details of clients . I love that I get their phone number as well as not everyone uses Skype

  • Cons

  • The interface is a bit clunky on the phone, but they are working on it. Other than that, I don't have any issues.

  • There is no APP for smartphones, though they do have a web-app that allows you to access info. This is okay, but would be quicker and easier if there was a full app to access the schedule.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Configurable options. Billing is great

  • I like the configurability. There are so many differences between different users and it is great that it is not a one size fits all.

  • Cons

  • It freezes up frequently but other than that, it's a great software.

  • Carelogic configurations are good to have, however, would be very beneficial that all configurations do have the ability to be required if needed. That's my struggle.
