It tells me if someone is going to be late or if they rescheduled or cancelled their appointment. Cons: I am not a huge fan of the social media integrations this year. Please note that with Bookeo, you can force bookings to start at specific times, and also leave an automatic gap between appointments. If you need to set that the gap should be applied only to some services, then you could use another Bookeo product, that would allow you to set specific settings for each service you offer. You can add custom messages in the booking confirmation and reminder emails. The same account user can be logged into one device at a time. Multiple account users can log into their accounts simultaneously. A business can select the payment gateway they want to integrate and set their payment terms. Key rule in UI dev is to use the customer language not the internal language and to test whether your target audience reads it the way you believe they should. If not, that's on you, not the customer. I wanted to put a cap on the total number of guests who can book for any tour. Their internal use of "bookings" refers to an individual customer not the setup of the ops by the customer. They still have refused to help me adjust and the UI is NOT intuitive. I have begged, pleaded, apologized...no luck. "It's on you to figure it out. As we have mentioned a number of times, we have already told you where it is on the management dashboard." etc etc. Rude, infantilizing and btw NOT intuitive, buried under an incomprehensible tab and setting I finally found it (I'm looking for shoes? Oh they're in the vegetables aisle, but you'll have to look under the fruit." REset the total number of guests allowed and guess what. Still allows over booking. AND no one will return ANY email yet. I found 8 separate email threads containing numerous messages in which our team detailed the process for adjusting the number of participants permitted on a tour. Our customer support team consistently and repeatedly provided: - Step-by-step instructions on how to change the limit per tour - Screenshots captured from your dashboard, with the clickable buttons marked in red to indicate their positions. - Links to illustrated and detailed tutorials Additionally our support team never used the phrases you quoted in your review. Nothing even similar to that was ever sent by our team in any of our replies. Additionally, you mentioned in your review that customer service is only available during Australian business hours, which is incorrect. We offer customer support around the clock, 24/7. All of the booking system and user interface was easy to use and there was always very prompt help by email It was a very secure system to use and great value for money for the booking management it provided. Cons: The only reason I am not using it in the future is because my business is expanding and I will have three websites and multiple tours which I wish to have all on the same system. The system I have chosen has given me a free website free hosting and is offering connection to a choice of 2,400 re-sellers which will expand my business hopefully. otherwise I would not have left Bookeo. I highly recommend it. There are other softwares that are specifically created for the counseling industry, and I still find that Bookeo is the best value for its extensive capabilities. I could expand my business to several new locations without having to change software. I think that speaks volumes for the software's capabilities. I tend to shop things to death, and Bookeo was head and shoulders above the other options. The customer support is prompt, and clear. Cons: Like any software, there is a learning curve on the front end. It took me awhile to get it set up, BUT I can't imagine another software being easier or requiring less time. The software is so robust, and I have yet to come close to using all of its features. Reasons for choosing Bookeo Bookeo offered more flexibility at a greater value. Bookeo by far is the best option. Other reservation companies want you to use their credit card processing system, or they want to design everything for you, rather than giving you control, or they make information hard to find without sitting through a demo and a hard sell. I love being able to use my own external apps and I appreciate being able to log in and make changes whenever I need to. Whenever I have something new I want to add or change, I find that Bookeo has an option for it, and it is easy to find and add. 2. Ease of use. I set up my booking system on my own and found that it was easy to learn and use. 3. Aesthetics. I embedded the booking platform into my website. It is a seamless experience for my customers and it looks clean and professional 4. Integration with other apps. I sync my Gmail and Square with Bookeo and it works amazing. It makes my life so much easier! Cons: Nothing! Everything has worked great for me so far. Reasons for choosing Bookeo I liked that I could set everything up myself and use my own external systems. This feature works in a similar way for all the other booking systems. However, please note that you can use our API to send a booking confirmation email to participants. Unlike other booking systems, we do not charge additional fees to use the API. - The Zoom integration has successfully been used by many customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. It seems that you would like to send a Zoom link for non-confirmed bookings. As our technicians explained, the zoom link is only sent once the booking is confirmed.
