Cons: Being a newer software with a smaller crew historically, it has been expectedly buggy with a user interface that is functional but not the prettiest. Several of my notes have been accidentally deleted in the past due to software error but it is rare and hasn't happened in a long time. I used to play "whack a mole" with editing and saving and previewing then re-editing and re-saving and re-previewing, etc etc in order to make the software spit out what I needed. I find I don't fight with it that way anymore. I don't know how I managed to do with Bulletproof software all this time. It has flawlessly worked in PI cases; I have never had issues with insurance payment for services utilizing this software. It has withstood IME reviews without a glitch when used as intended. Bulletproof now has integrated billing services making it a one stop EMR and billing platform. THe best part is it is extremely affordable with an initial purchase followed by a super affordable monthly subscription rate that includes lifetime updates/upgrades and support.
