Things occasionally dissappear off the schedule causing huge problems and its extremely limited on his device capability.

I would like to see a lot of changes (in example: going web-based). But overall, clinicient does most of what I want at a very competitive price.

I like the interface with Zirmed and the ease of billing and posting. I LOVE the folks behind the product and believe that they are working extremely hard to make this the BEST product on the market.

The software is easy to use and practical for PT's and OT's ONLY.

I became a full time billing liason because we utilized their services for both billing and EMR and Ive spent the last 3 years fixing their mistakes. Issues are not solved in a timely manner.

We signed up with Keet Health to help with patient retention and MIPS, but Keet Health was been absolutely terrible.

It was in my top 2 options because of versability. The price was great, the easy of use was good, the learning curve was easy and it had all the functions we needed.

You call leave messages and no one returns your calls. Customer Service is horrible.

Always having issues and cannot connect or use customer service is rude.

Scheduling is incredibly easy. Documenting seems to be picked up easily by any new therapist that joins us and I love how you can tailor it to your  needs.

The team they sent to be onsite was very helpful as we switched over to this system.

Then I have to call software vendor and have them find the eras. Also, difficult to correct some issues.

10 To Generate an HEP you shouldn't have to have a DX or charges entered.

Freezing when scanning something and you click out of the scan pop up screen.

This did upset me however we had already signed a contract. To be honest had I known some of the features that are additional charges I would have gone in a different direction then  Theraoffice.

I feel Theraoffice has been very fair when it comes to pricing. Lastly, all staff at Theraoffice have been professional and follow-up has been excellent.

We didn't have much training at all so glad it is user friendly. I like that the balance shows up on navigator.

Did not have a multiple window option so if you were working on something and needed to schedule a patient, you had to stop what you were doing.

I don't like the fact the you get signed out if not using for a bit.

Sometimes, TheraOffice would freeze up and then crash. I would be left with a white screen with a red X through it, and often I would have to exit out of the schedule for my clinic and reopen it.

Inability to have a patient be on the waitlist in more than one location. When adding a new appointment into the schedule, inability to start typing patient name and having the system auto-populate.

I'm now Running 9 centers with this EMR. It is Definately worth the money.

The product looks very clean and professional and those in reception, clinical care, and billing report good integration of all modules.
