  • Pros

  • Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.
  • Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.
  • Cons

  • Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.
  • Poor integration with DICOM devices and systems.

  • Within weeks of running Innate you will know it like the back of your hand, and If you don't they have an amazing support team always willing to assist.
  • The software is super user friendly and Innate Support is always quick to answer/resolve any issues.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes she gets confused when things are are different than the day before.
  • Lack of support/help unless I pay extra for it.
