This is such an obvious defect that I can only assume the program is written that way to make the process more onerous thereby discouraging the use of medications requiring authorization.

I love how easy it is to use. Most of the time when I am submitting prior authorizations all I have to do is click a few things and  sent it to the prescribing doctor.

Terrible idea that most healthcare (labs/imaging) is switching to. Basically making the physician do all the data entry work for the pharmacy.

Very hard to get on - something about the password system does not work so  each time we need a new and different passwords -and need to call customer service yet again.

I don't have anything that I don't like about it. It has always worked correct for me when I am processing.

If you dont print or write down that 'key' the first time the pharmacy sends the PA to you, it is hard to find that key or the patient you're looking for again.

I finally asked them to stop sending requests - my staff can use it if they want but for me it is mostly just a waste of time.

Customer service people seem ok though sometimes innefectual. Occasionally we dsid get a prior auth done this way.

There was a time when a PA was entered with an error on it and the process to fix it was quite the ordeal, so maybe if there were ways that CoverMyMeds could work on that.

The program is easily accessible as opposed to calling the insurance carrier for prior authorization.

Terrible for the doctor. Basically the doctor does all the work a pharmacist/ tech assistant should.

Because it is so easy to use I have saved time and money by simply doing the billing myself, but using a local service would be an easy option whenever I change my mind.

I also purchased A+ Delphi and not only has Will been helpful, he is funny. It is very user- friendly and is hip with the current requirements of the insurance companies.

There are no weak areas in the program. They are always open to any feedback for changes, and in all cases I am aware of, they have adopted the recommendations made.

It's relatively easy to use. Submitting claims electronically is convenient and it is also nice that it contains both scheduling and billing.

A+ DELPHI has been easy to learn, affordable, and excellent support. There are still features that I am stumbling upon and learning, but I found it easy to jump in with immediate functionality.

If you make an error when writing-off a balance, you must delete the transaction and start over.

And it has good technical support, It is a robust application. It has good trial version you can evaluate software and use it I just learning it is easy to learn.

This software is very easy to navigate even if you are not real computer savvy. Love the scheduler, billing, appointment reminders, and GREAT customer service.

The ease of use, flexibility, and ability to correct my errors has been very important to me. The software has continued to change and improve over time.

It would also be nice if reports were able to be exported into excel for manipulation.
